| The Torah View System, sponsored by the Hillman family, is an alternative to the CCTV for Torah learning. A CCTV is a device that magnifies text onto a large screen to render it legible for low vision individuals. While magnification is very helpful for reading books, it does not work well for seforim with accompanying commentaries. After receiving numerous requests from low vision students, CSB created a seforim library paired with a highly-configurable viewing software. They system presets seforim in a magnified format and has dozens of simple to use navigation tools including voice recognition. It is used effectively by clients of all ages including the elderly, with minimum training.
